GAINSWave is an innovative treatment that utilizes acoustic waves to treat the root causes of erectile dysfunction. This treatment is provided in a medical office setting. These offices seem to be reluctant to release pricing information on their websites. This leads to the question of how much does GAINSWave Therapy for erectile dysfunction cost?
I have personally received GAINSWave treatments. I found it effective but expensive. The basic cost of GAINSWave treatments is $500 per session. While this price seems to be very consistent with multiple providers, there are a few ways that you can save money on this. There are also some effective alternatives that you may wish to try.

What is GAINSWave?
GainsWave provides a standardized treatment program utilizing acoustic wave therapy (shockwave treatment) to treat erectile dysfunction. Acoustic wave therapy utilizes pulsating sound waves to rebuild and open up the blood vessels in the penis. It can additionally remove any plaque buildup in the blood vessels of the penis. All of this leads to improved erection quality.
I have personally received this treatment and can attest to the effectiveness of it. I have moved on to other forms of acoustic wave therapy that are more affordable but this was the one that got me started down the path. Prior to GAINSWave, I had horrible erection quality. Prescription pills and even penis injections were starting to fail me. Acoustic wave therapy like GAINSWave was able to turn all of that around.

Why GAINSWave Providers Don’t Give You the Cost
On GAINSWave.com, you don’t find info on the cost of the treatment. In addition, the individual provider’s of GAINSWave seem to be rather hesitant to advertise their costs. This is because it is rather expensive. They want to get you into the office for a consultation to go over the benefits of the treatment before letting you know. I am not putting this down. The treatment was effective with me but may of scared me away if I had known the cost upfront.
Another major reason that they do not give you the cost is that you are going to need multiple sessions. Most men are going to need 6-12 sessions to achieve the results that they are looking for. This can be an investment of up to $6000. In addition, most men will need periodic follow up sessions to maintain erection quality after the initial sessions.
The providers also want to get you into the office so they can go over other services that they may provide in addition to GAINSWave.
Does Insurance Cover the Cost of GAINSWave Therapy for Erectile Dysfunction Cost?
The simple answer is no. Your medical insurance will not cover GAINSWave treatments. This will be an out of pocket cost and is not even tax deductible as a medical expense. This is not fair or right but it is just the way it is.
Costs in Addition to the GAINSWave per Session Cost
Prior to starting your GAINSWave treatments, you may run into a number of additional costs with the provider. When I started my treatments, I had to have an exam with the doctor and have a number of blood tests done. This was to help determine the root cause of my erectile dysfunction and rule out any serious medical issues. So while not a waste of time, this did cost me an additional $500 before getting started with the GAINSWave.
This is also where they may try to upsell you on treatments. I ended up getting testosterone treatment at around $200/month through this provider in addition to the GAINSWave. You are not required to do this but you can see how the expenses can add up if you are not careful. By the way if you are struggling with your testosterone, I would look at some simple estrogen blocking methods. The conversion of testosterone to estrogen creates many of the issues that we associate with low testosterone.
How to Save on the Cost of GAINSWave
My biggest suggestion to save on GAINSWave sessions is to buy in bulk. Instead of $500 per session you can often get a price of $2000 for six sessions. Since one session on its own is not going to treat your erection quality issues, you might as well bite the bullet and buy a bundle of sessions.
These providers are usually independent businesses so don’t be afraid to ask for a deal. Ask if that price is the best they can do? Ask if they can bundle other services with your GAINSWave sessions.
Before I moved on to a different method of acoustic wave therapy, I was always asking my provider for free things to be thrown in like vitamins or other treatments. Sometimes they would say yes but usually they would come back with a different offer.
You are the customer and they want/need your business so never be afraid to ask.
The Low Cost Alternative to GAINSWave
I had excellent results utilizing GAINSWave treatments to improve my erection quality. I went from thinking that I was going to need a penis implant to enjoy great erection quality. After my initial group of six treatments, I had to continue getting follow-up treatments to maintain my erection quality. This became very expensive over time.
In order to save on the cost of GAINSWave therapy for erectile dysfunction, I ended up switching to the Phoenix acoustic wave device. This device provides all the same benefits of acoustic wave therapy just like GainsWave. This is all done at a seriously reduced price from GainsWave. You can restore and maintain your erection quality for thousands of dollars less.
The Phoenix device offers the benefits of acoustic shockwave treatment like the GAINSWave treatment but from the comfort of home. Launch Medical, the developer of the Phoenix device, recently reached an agreement with GAINSWave. In this agreement, Launch Medical will offer the Phoenix for at-home treatments while the GAINSWave device is exclusively used for office settings (Source: AP News).
This is not some cheap knockoff of the GainsWave treatment (be careful because those are out there). By looking at the research and the legal interactions between GainsWave and the Phoenix manufacturers, you can see that this device is a serious alternative to GainsWave.
I have personally both received GainsWave treatments and used the Phoenix device. I can tell you that both treatments are extremely effective but that the Phoenix allowed me to save thousands of dollars. You can read my complete review of the Phoenix here. But if you are curious about GainsWave and are nervous about the cost or the office visits then you have to try out the Phoenix. I never regretted it.
A Major Discount offer
While the Phoenix is much more affordable than any comparable acoustic wave therapy, it is not necessarily inexpensive for most of us. Compared to Gainswave, prescription pills, or even herbal supplements, you will save thousands of dollars with the Phoenix. Just the initial cost can be difficult for some.
To help with this cost, TheMonsterSite users have access to a fantastic discount code to save $80 dollars off on the Phoenix every day. Just visit the Phoenix Website and enter discount code THEMONSTERSITE80 at checkout.
You owe it to yourself and your partner.
