Some of the most common questions that we get have to do with the penis size of different ethnic groups. One ethnic group that is rumored to have big penises are Middle Eastern men. So do middle eastern men have big penises?
In general, one good scientific study and anecdotal evidence seem to indicate that Middle Eastern men may have slightly larger penises. The limited evidence shows that Middle Eastern men have penises that are about 1/2″ longer than the worldwide average.
So let’s look at the facts behind Middle Eastern penis size, what the science shows, how Middle Eastern dick size compares to the rest of the world, and What Can Be Done About Your Penis Size if that is a concern for you.

The Scientific Evidence on Middle Eastern Penis Size
There is actually a great scientific study on the penis size of Middle Eastern men. A 2015 study from the Journal of Sexual Medicine entitled Erect penile dimensions in a cohort of 778 Middle Eastern men took a good look at Middle Eastern penis size.
In this study, the erect penis size of 778 Middle Eastern men was taken in clinical settings in Saudi Arabia. These men had erections that were induced by Quadrimix injections which generally result in extremely firm erections.
Clinical penis measurements are much more common in Saudi Arabia than in the USA or Europe because of the custom of “premarital checks” in Saudi Arabia. The purpose of these checks is to ensure that penis size, function, and fertility are all normal.
The erections were then measured using a rigid ruler along the top of the penis. They took measurements of skin-to-tip length and bone-pressed pubic bone-to-tip length. The bone-to-tip length is considered a better comparison number because it helps reduce variations due to weight.
The mean (average for this group) bone pressed length was 5.64 inches (14.34 cm). The median (half longer, half shorter) bone-pressed length was 5.71 inches (14.50 cm).
So basically, the average dick size for Middle Eastern men was found to be 5.64 inches.
The longest penis measured in the study was 7.87″ (20 cm) and the shortest one was 2.76″ (7.0 cm). According to the study, the normal range of penis size for Middle Eastern men was 4.18″ (10.62 cm) to 7.11″ (18.06 cm) with approximately 95% of men falling in this range.
An additional piece of interesting information was the average penis thickness for Middle Eastern men was 4.52″ (11.50 cm). They also found a direct correlation between penis length and penis thickness.
How does Middle Eastern dick size compare to the world average?
Based on the Middle Eastern dick size study, it would appear that the Middle Eastern man may have a slightly larger penis size than the world average.
The largest study into penis size was conducted by the BJU International Journal of Urology. This extensive 2015 compilation of studies involved the measurement of over 15,000 penises. According to this study, the average erect penis had a length of 5.16 inches and a girth (circumference) of 4.5 inches.
If both studies are accurate, it would indicate that the average Middle Eastern dick size is about 1/2″ longer than the worldwide average dick size. The penis girth of Middle Eastern men was about the same as the worldwide average.
The normal worldwide range of penis size would be 3.9″ to 6.5″ which is shorter by about a 1/2 inch from Middle Eastern penis size as well.
Why the Studies May Be Wrong
There are a couple of reasons that the findings from these studies may be wrong. First of all, although the methodology in this study appears to be great, it is only one study and it would be nice to see another large-scale study confirming the data.
The more troubling aspect that may indicate a problem is the methodology used in the worldwide study. This study was a compilation of 20 different studies from around the world. In most of these studies, they used stretched penis size as a measurement to approximate erect penis size.
There are now some indications that stretched penis size may underestimate the erect penis size of the man being measured. If this is the case, this could account for the variation as the study of Middle Eastern men’s penis size used the more accurate actual erection measurement.
Our Anecdotal Observations of Middle Eastern Dick Size
My wife and I are swingers (see our sister website SwingerLifestyleGuide.com | Your Swinger Lifestyle Resource) and frequent visitors to clothing-optional resorts which means that we have literally seen thousands of dicks from all different races and ethnic groups.
I would say we have seen more than many urologists and I would guarantee that we have seen more erect ones than most urologists.
Our personal observation is that we have not noticed much difference in penis size between the races and ethnic groups including Middle Eastern men. The only difference that we have noticed is that Asian men do appear to be slightly smaller than the other groups.
This is still totally anecdotal. We have actually seen very few middle eastern men at these spots. These are just our best observations from our trips.
Of course, there are huge variances in every group. So you will find small ones and huge ones in every group with a lot in between.
Does Penis Size Even Matter?
Another question when it comes to Middle Easter penis size is does it even matter. We believe from our experience that penis size does matter but it is not the most important thing.
Studies have shown that women prefer a penis that is significantly larger than the average penis. The best study shows that women prefer a penis that is 6.4″ long. This means that women prefer a penis that is 13.5% bigger than the average Middle Eastern penis size.
Another interesting statistic from the study, a full 20% of women admit to ending a relationship due to their partner’s penis being too small. To make matters worse, another study shows that 16% of women that stay in the relationship admit to being unhappy with the size of their partner’s penis (source).

The good news if you have a small penis is that there are numerous factors that women consider more important than penis size. Good looks, sense of humor, occupation, and even wealth are usually much more important to a woman than penis size. But it is still a factor.
So Do Middle Eastern Men Have Big Penises?
When it is all said and done, we do think that Middle Eastern penis size may be slightly larger than the worldwide average. If all things are factored in correctly, the average Middle Eastern penis size is probably less than a 1/2 inch larger than the worldwide average.
These variances in individual Middle Eastern penis size would make it hard to say that any individual has a large penis without actually checking it out. Even the study on Middle Easter penis size showed that many of the men had a penis size less than the world average. Just a few more were larger than the worldwide average.
What Can Be Done About Your Penis Size?
Whether you are worried about Middle Eastern dick size or your dick size in general, there is something that a man can do to improve their size.
No magic pills or anything like that is going to work. Actually, increasing penis size is possible but it does require work.
The only scientifically studied method of penis enlargement that has been shown to work is the use of penis traction devices.
According to the study found in the British Journal of Urology, men using penis traction devices showed that with proper use they achieved an average of almost an inch in length gain in a few months. Men that completed the study gained between 0.2 – 1.22 inches (0.5 cm and 3.1 cm) in four months.
My results using penis traction devices matched up with the study results. In four months, I gained 0.875 inches of penis length and 1.5 inches of length in a year. This may not sound like much after hearing some of the crazy advertisement claims of some products but 1.5 inches of penis growth is actually huge and you will really notice the difference.
