There are a number of different types of penis enlargement procedures that are available. Most of these procedures are relatively expensive so it is important to know average costs. It is equally important to know the risks and disappointing results that may come from these procedures.
So now let’s take a look at these different procedures. What they entail and what they cost. I have also included my results from the procedures that I have had.

Penis Enlargement Procedure Table Including Average Cost
Most of these procedures are for penis thickening. The thickening surgeries can give flaccid length due to the increased bulk of the penis preventing retraction. Only the suspensory ligament surgery is designed for erect penis lengthening.
The table below contains the types of penis enlargement procedures performed by cosmetic providers. The second column contains a brief description of the different procedures. The third column is the average costs of the different penis enlargement procedures.

| Micronized Fat Transfer | Penis Thickening procedure. Fat is harvested from the stomach, back, thigh, or another area. | Suspensory ligament resecting (cutting) | Penis Lengthening procedure. My Results from Penis Enlargement Procedures
I have personally had three of these penis enlargement procedures done. In general, I have had mixed results from these procedures. Eventually, I gave up on procedures and went for the long-term approach that I detail in What Will Work for Penis Enlargement.
My Suspensory ligament Resecting Surgery
This surgery was probably my biggest disappointment. The surgeon had told me about men gaining up to two inches in penis length so I had very high hopes. After the surgery, I only gained about a half-inch in flaccid length and a quarter-inch in erect length.
The recovery time after the surgery was about five weeks. During this time, you need to follow bandaging procedures and no sex. There were also lifting restrictions.
There was not a lot of pain involved in the procedure. I felt reasonably good within a couple of days but it was a month before I was feeling perfectly normal.
My biggest issue was with the traction device. Following this type of surgery, they want you to wear a traction device to further extend the penis and prevent retraction. Failure to follow this procedure can even result in a shorter penis after surgery than before.
I ran into an issue with the traction device. The one that the surgeon gave me continually slipped off my penis. I believe that this affected my results and I was lucky that I did not end up with retraction and a shorter penis after surgery.
Before going in for this type of surgery, I recommend finding a penis traction device that works for you. You need to find one that is both comfortable and that stays in place. To maximize your results, you will need to wear it for several hours per day.

My Free Fat Transer Procedure Results
In 2020, I had a free fat transfer procedure done to thicken my penis. The procedure did work but the results were very uneven. I ended up gaining about 3/4″ of girth at the base of the penis. In the middle, I gained about 1/2″. Near the tip, I gained about a 1/4″ of girth.
So basically, the shape was pretty horrible. It was shaped like an upside-down V. It was definitely bigger but I was not happy.
Apparently, this is pretty common as the transferred fat tends to migrate and gather at the base of the penis.
The recovery time from this was about four weeks. You are somewhat sore after the procedure and there’s some after-care bandaging. This went away fairly quickly. Once again, you need to abstain from sex following the procedure.
With this type of procedure, they can not add anything to the penis head. So the penis head looked out of proportion to the rest of the penis, especially the base.
My Permanent Filler Procedure Results
In general, I was much happier with my results from this thickening procedure. My main goal was to fix the uneven results from the free fat transfer. My other goal was to have the head of the penis enlarged.
I found that this worked out pretty well for me. The doctor was able to even out the shaft. Across the whole shaft, I was at about a 3/4″ increase in girth from where I started. They said that they could have added significantly more to make it over an inch for the whole shaft but I passed on that.
I was a little disappointed in the penis head enlargement. While it did definitely make the head larger, the results were nowhere close to what I was hoping for. The doctor was very upfront about this and told me that they could not significantly change the penis head size.
The after-care was pretty tough for this procedure. You had an extensive bandaging and wrapping procedure that you had to follow for five weeks. There was no sex or masturbation for five weeks. Even though there is a fair amount of bruising, there was not a lot of pain.
Out of all of the procedures, this was the one that I was the most satisfied with. This was even though it had the most difficult care following the procedure.
What Will Work for Penis Enlargement
First of all, you do not need to obsess about penis size as it is not the most important thing for most sexual partners. But many guys can’t help but worry about penis size. Fortunately, you can improve the size of your penis and your erection.
Unfortunately, there are not any quick and easy ways for a man to improve his penis size but there is some hope. No magic Ayurveda pills will make a penis larger but there are techniques and devices that will enlarge the penis over time with a little effort.
There are three areas that a man can work on to improve his penis size. These areas are erection quality, penis length, and penis thickness.
Erection Quality
The most important thing to work on is erection quality. This does not actually make your penis larger but good erection quality will make your penis look and feel larger to your partner.

Penis Girth
Many women find penis girth to be much more important than penis length. You have a few options to increase penis girth. The easiest but most expensive is cosmetic procedures using dermal fillers like Juvederm. Of course, cosmetic procedures do have risks associated with them.
A more natural method to add girth is the penis traction devices mentioned above. They can add on some girth over time.
