In my four years quest for penis enlargement, I have spent a lot of time figuring out what works and what does not work. There is a high-quality sleeve replacement for the Phallosan Forte that will save you quite a bit of money in the long term. I recommend using the Total Man Penis Sleeve as an alternative Phallosan Forte sleeve replacement. These sleeves are extremely comfortable and work well with the Phallosan Forte system. Best of all, they seem to be nearly unbreakable. I have never had to replace a Total Man penis sleeve for any reason.
The Phallosan Forte is still the best penis traction device out on the market. But there are still improvements and cost-saving methods that you can add to their program. Personally, I enjoy cost savings through the use of the Total Man Sleeve. I also utilize the active stretching of the Total Man system to boost my length gains with the Phallosan Forte system.

The Issue with the Phallsan Forte Sleeve
Once again, I am a huge fan of the Phallosan Forte so this is not a put-down. The Phallosan Forte is still my penis traction device of choice. In the last year, I have had incredible penis length gains of almost two inches and I sincerely believe that most of penis size increase is a direct result of using the Phallosan Forte.
That being said, the Phallosan Forte is not cheap to buy and use. The initial cost is a little on the high side and replacement parts can be expensive. It is a high-quality device and I have not had to order many replacement parts with the exception of the sleeves.
I have found that a Phallosan Forte sleeve will only last me about a month. I wear my device for at least six hours per day so it does get a workout. The constant rolling up of the sleeve takes its toll on them. Eventually, I end up with some small tears in the sleeve that allows air to escape and the sleeve is no longer usable.
They are easy to reorder but this does get expensive. Ordering a single sleeve with shipping in the USA will cost you around $42. A lot of that price is shipping but even if you took out the shipping it is expensive. A year’s supply of sleeves with no shipping will run about $320. This would be well worth it to me because of the real results from the Phallosan Forte but there is an alternative that will save you money.
The Phallosan Forte Sleeve Alternative
I found that the best alternative to ordering the Phallosan Forte Sleeve was to use the Total Man Penis Sleeve. These sleeves are made up of 4 mm thick high-quality silicone and come in two sizes. They are incredibly tough, stretchy, and extremely comfortable to wear.
Having a larger girth (6.5″ circumference), I found that the large Phallosan sleeve was constricting. The 26 mm Total Man Penis Sleeve just seems to feel more comfortable and durable.
I have been using this as the sleeve on my Phallosan for almost six months and I have never had to replace this sleeve. It shows no signs of wear or damage after all of this time.
The Total Man comes with a six-inch sleeve that you cut to size. I cut mine to a 3″ length. So you can make two sleeves from one Total Man Penis Sleeve. But as I said before, one is probably all that you will ever need. You can twist, pull or do whatever to the Total Man Sleeve and it seems to have no effect on it. They just snap right back into place.
Just like the Phallosan Forte sleeve, you place the Total Man Penis Sleeve over the bell. It fits easily and stays in place. I can pull on the sleeve with all of my force and it does not slip off the bell. Once the Total Man Penis Sleeve is on the bell you can just fold up the end over the bell. Once the head of the penis is in the bell, you can roll it down onto the shaft just like with the Phallosan.
The Total Man Cost Advantage
The cost of ordering the Total Man Penis Sleeve is just $15. It is a one-and-done type of thing. You can save even more if you get the sleeve through one of the Total Man packages.
If you are interested in speeding up your penis enlargement, I really suggest that you check out the whole Total Man program. I incorporated this with the use of my Phallosan Forte and really increased my results. With the Phallosan Forte alone, I lengthened my erect penis size by 1/2″ in three months. Using the Phallosan in conjunction with the Total Man system, I bumped that up to an additional 1″ of growth in the next three months.
The Total Man System uses active methods in conjunction with the passive methods of a quality penis traction device like the Phallosan Forte. Active methods like stretching and weights do not do a lot of good on their own because you can not do that kind of training for a long enough period without damaging your penis. But you can use these active methods to elongate the penis and then use a device like the Phallosan Forte to hold the gains in place for passive healing.
