My Personal Results with Arginine Cream
I did not get any real positive results from using Arginine Cream. After two months of use, I did not experience any increase in erection quality. Contrary to many posts online, Arginine Cream did not jumpstart any penis enlargement.
I applied the cream as was instructed in many forums. I rubbed about a 1/4 teaspoon of the cream onto the penis daily. The application of the Arginine Cream was easy and comfortable. It gave a refreshing feeling with a slight tingling after application. It definitely had no stinging or unpleasant feeling.
I applied this Arginine Cream with this method to the penis for two months. The only result that I found was that it helped to moisturize the skin on my penis.
If you are looking for a way to increase erection quality, I would suggest looking into the Phoenix device. After years of erectile dysfunction, this was the device that actually restored my erection quality.

What is Arginine Cream
Arginine Cream is a brand name of L-arginine cream. It can be found on Amazon here. There do not appear to be any studies into the effectiveness of L-arginine cream for the treatment of erectile dysfunction or for increasing erection quality.
Most research for L-arginine is in regards to the oral form that is commonly taken in pill form. L-arginine is a common supplement that promotes the production of nitric oxide. Nitric Oxide relaxes blood vessels and promotes blood flow. The limited ability to produce nitric oxide is thought to be a major cause of erectile dysfunction (source).
L-Arginine Cream for Penis Enlargement
There are a lot of claims on the internet about the effects of L-arginine cream. Most claims that are made in forums relate to l-arginine cream curing erectile dysfunction or enlarging the penis.
These claims do not offer up any scientific proof but it sure does sound good. Rub some of this cream on the penis and you will either cure your erectile dysfunction or get a larger penis.
I could not find any legitimate sources confirming any penis enlargement due to L-Arginine cream and I did not experience this when I used the cream.
Claims made by the Company
The website for Arginine Cream claims the following list of benefits:
- libido and sexual performance
- the cardiovascular health
- the kidney disposal of metabolic wastes
- the immune system
- the release of growth hormone
- the production of white blood cells
- the production of nitric oxide (NO), which helps regulate the flow of oxygen-rich blood cells throughout the body by expanding blood vessels
In addition, the website claims the following in regard to erectile dysfunction:
If you’ve heard of the term ED (Erectile Dysfunction) or talk of the little blue pill, you will know what we’re talking about. Being unable to get or sustain an erection leads to a feeling of inadequacy in men; usually in their mid forties or beyond.
Sometimes ED can stem from a number of bodily or psychological functions outside of the need for L-arginine. But how does L-arginine connect to this frustrating issue?
Erection happens after sexual contact or emotional stimulation and this sends signals to the brain to relax enough so that blood flow to the area can begin. Supplemental L-arginine converts to NO (Nitric Oxide) which in this case allows the right muscles to relax and the blood to flow for an erection and beyond. Our Arginine Cream is a 2% cream, meaning there is 83.3 mg per 1/4 tsp and can be applied directly to the penis before sex but is not necessary; chest, wrists etc will achieve the same results

What Their Claims Do Not Say
The Arginine Cream website makes no claims about enlarging the penis. They just claim that it will help with erectile dysfunction.
They also state that it does not matter where you rub the cream. That putting it on the chest or wrist is just as effective as rubbing it on the penis. This would make sense because no matter where you rub the cream, it would mostly be carried away by the bloodstream and affect the body as a whole.
The Theory Behind L-Arginine Cream
The main idea behind internet claims about L-Arginine Cream is that it can be topically applied to the penis to improve erection quality. L-Arginine is a known precursor of Nitric oxide which plays a vital role in erection. The role of nitric oxide in regulating vascular smooth muscle tone is well documented. Nitric oxide activates the relaxation of corporal cavernosum smooth muscle tissue resulting in increased blood flow into the penis resulting in an erection.
So basically the topical (rubbing into the skin) application of the L-Arginine in the Arginine cream is supposed to stimulate the release of nitric oxide. This nitric oxide is supposed to aid in the creation of an erection. I guess the theory is that rubbing it directly on the penis will increase the results.
I am not sure where the idea about l-arginine cream and penis enlargement came from. There seems to be a trend on these forums that anything that increases erection quality may increase erection size.
Ingredients of Arginine Cream
The ingredients of Arginine Cream are as follows:
Purified Water, Aloe Barbadensis (aloe vera gel), Japanese Green Tea Extract, Capric/Caprylic Triglycerides (derived from coconut), Lecithin Phospholipid, Persea Gratissima (avocado oil), Hyaluronic Acid (vegan source), Palmitoyl Tripeptide-5, Prunus Armeniaca (apricot) Kernel Oil, Tocopherol Nicotinate (vitamin E), L-Arginine, Oenothera Biennis (evening primrose) Oil, Allantoin, Retinol (vitamin A), Aniba Rosaeodora (rosewood) Oil, Cymbopogon Martini (palmarosa) Oil, Beta-glucan (derived from Oats, Vitis Vinifera (Grape) Seed Extract and Phenoxyethanol
So Arginine Cream has a lot of additional ingredients that are most helpful for moisturizing the skin in addition to the L-Arginine.
Suggested Use of Arginine Cream
Apply 1/8 – 1/4 tsp of Arginine Cream twice daily to either the forearms, chest, or wrist. Regular use may be required to see results.
What Does Work for Erection Quality
