They make some pretty significant claims about penis size and erection quality on the product page that do not seem to hold out in the real world. There were no negative effects from using the cream and I did find that it did work to moisturize and soften the skin of the penis.
I found this item on Amazon and thought it would be interesting to try as this type of product would be very appealing if it worked. It does seem to have some positive reviews but those seem to be more in regard to the moisturizing effects on the penis.

The claim on Amazon in regards to erection quality is as follows:

I am not sure when they refer to increased volume if they are referring to penis enlargement or if they just mean firmer erections. Either way they are definitely referring to better erection quality.
Bravado Labs Penile Health Cream My Results Before and After
As instructed on the packaging, I used the cream twice daily by liberally applying it to the penis and rubbing it in thoroughly.
I found that Bravado Labs Penile Health Cream does not work for Erections as it claims. I had no increase in the frequency or strength of my erections. The before and after of using the cream was absolutely no change. The product did not do any harm as erection quality stayed consistent throughout the time period of use.
I did find that the Bravado Labs Penile Health Cream did a good job of taking care of the skin on my penis. When using traction devices like the Phallosan Forte, you can sometimes get dry skin as you go for those erect length gains. This cream did a good job in taking care of that dry skin and leaving the skin nice and soft.

Water stripped of it ions so that it has no electrical charge. This usually means that it has no salts.
Cocos nucifera
Coconut oil often used in the production of health and beauty products. Though not proven it is suggested that coconut oil my improve testosterone levels.
Emulsifying wax
Common ingredient of creams used to bind oil and water together.
Cetyl alcohol
Ingredient often used to soften skin.
Glycerin
Commonly used moisturizing agent.
Allantoin
A chemical compound that helps in the shedding of skin to make for smoother skin. I found studies that it may help with erectile dysfunction if taken orally but not for topical application like with this product.
Exotic oil and butter blend
This would be an undefined mixture of substances. From their ad on Amazon it may be the following:
Penile blood flow is critical for a shaft with optimal performance. Those present in this cream to support blood flow are macadamia nut oil, almond oil, Brazil nut oil, hazelnut oil, pistachio oil, avocado oil and pecan oil.

Vitamin A
I cannot find any supporting information for Vitamin A being a major influence for erectile quality.
Vitamin D3
This vitamin is considered essential for erectile function when taking orally but I could not find any information that its topical application would be of benefit.
Vitamin E
While there is some information about Vitamin E helping with erectile dysfunction but I can find no information about it being used topically.
Co Q10
Another one that is considered to help with erectile function but no information on topical use.
Folic Acid
Another one that is considered to help with erectile function but no information on topical use.
Vitamin K3
Another vitamin that may a part in treating erectile dysfunction but I could not find any mention of topical application.
Populous tremuloides bark extract
A type of Aspen tree. I can find no studies on its use in helping with erection quality.
Acetyl tetrapeptide 2
A peptide associated with skin regeneration.
Acetyl hexapeptide 38
A synthetic anti wrinkle peptide.
Conclusion
Having tried the Bravado Labs Penile Health Cream for erections, I found that it does not work for erection quality. I found that it was a good cream to moisturize and soften the penis. I was easy to apply and use. Unfortunately, it did not do the intended job of increasing erection quality.

Surprisingly the women preferred a slightly larger penis for a one night stand. This means by volume (basically taking in account both length and width) women prefer a penis significantly larger than the average penis. In a relationship, they prefer one that is 36% bigger that the average. For a one time relationship, they prefer one 51% bigger than average. That puts a lot of pressure on guys.
