Horny Goat Weed (also known as Epimedium) has been used for years in Eastern medicine for the treatment of erectile dysfunction and low libido. The active ingredient in horny goat weed is icariin. This is thought to be a PDE5 inhibitor that works in much the same way Viagra or other prescription ED drugs.

My Results
I found that the Nobi Nutrition Ultimate Male Enhancement Pills did not do much to enhance the quality of my erections. In order to get the full effect, I tried using the full bottle as directed with minimal results. I think that some may get some minimal positive results but that it did not provide any extreme boost.
What Actually Works for Erection Quality
I have found that most over-the-counter pills and supplements do not do much to increase my erection quality. I have had the most luck with using acoustic wave therapy devices to increase my erection quality. This type of treatment has greatly improved my erection quality. Currently, I use the Phoenix device to maximize my erection quality. I need these consistently strong and hard erections provided by the Phoenix system as part of my successful penis size enlargement program.
Conclusion
In my review of Nobi Nutrition Ultimate Male Enhancement pills for erection quality, I find them to be ineffective in providing a big boost to erection quality. I have found that over-the-counter pills and supplements are not usually effective in producing the firm and hard erections that you need for penis enlargement. If you just want a little bit of a boost, then they may be of some use but I would not rely on them completely.
