In my four-year quest for penis enlargement, I have tried many different items and techniques for penis enlargement. I have wasted a lot of time and money in order to find a few things that worked for me. In this Diktator DHT Cream review, I will answer “Does Diktator DHT Cream work?”
Diktator DHT cream is not effective for penis enlargement. I used Diktator DHT Cream as instructed and experienced no difference in my DHT cream before and after results. Studies confirm that this type of product will not lead to penis enlargement for men.
So in this Diktator DHT cream review, we will look at the science behind DHT cream, what my actual DHT cream before and after results were, how I ordered my DHT cream for penile growth, and what will work for penis enlargement.

My Diktator DHT Cream Review
My overall Diktator DHT Cream review is that I found it ineffective. I bought the DHT cream for penile growth and I did not achieve any growth following the instructions for Diktator DHT cream. This was unfortunate because when I bought this product, I had really high hopes.
I followed the instructions for the Diktator DHT cream and used a rigorous penis exercise program with it in hopes of achieving results. While testing this product, I applied the Diktator DHT cream to my penis twice daily.
In addition to using the DHT cream, I would use a penis pump daily and follow a strict penis jelqing program. I went through two bottles of Diktator DHT cream over the course of three months while doing this program. Even with all of this effort, I saw no results and had no penis enlargement.
Diktator DHT cream is a smooth cream that has fairly large chunks of some ground-up substance in the cream. I did not find that the ground-up chunks absorbed through my skin. If these chunks are the DHT, then I do not see how it would work.
After using the Diktator DHT cream, I do not see how it could work for anyone. Any active ingredients that are absorbed through the skin of the penis would just be carried away and into the bloodstream. It would be hard to think of any mechanics that would lead to actual penis enlargement.
It was only after trying Diktator DHT Cream that I found out that scientific studies have found that the only non-surgical way to enlarge the penis is through the use of penis traction devices (aka penis extenders). In the end, this is how I finally got my penis enlargement results.
My DHT Cream Before and After Results
My DHT cream before and after results were very disappointing. Prior to starting my use of Diktator DHT cream, my penis was 6 1/4″ long and had a 5″ circumference.
After using the Diktator DHT Cream in combination with a penis pump and jelqing for two months, my penis was still 6 1/4″ long and had a 5″ circumference. So I had absolutely no improvement at all. My DHT cream before and after were exactly the same.
I did eventually figure out the solution to penis enlargement. My before and after with my current program has totally put my DHT cream before and after to shame.
With my new program, which combines shockwave therapy and penile traction, my before and after are incredible. I have gained 1 1/2″ in erect length and 1 1/2″ in erect circumference. My penis has actually become enormous.

As an additional note about my use of Diktator DHT Cream, the use of this cream did not seem to impact my erection quality in either a negative or a positive fashion. My erection quality seemed to stay the same throughout my use of the product.
So while I did not get any positive DHT cream before and after results, I did not experience any negative ones either.
What is Diktator DHT Cream?
The idea behind Diktator DHT Cream sounds very appealing. The instructions say that you put some of the Diktator DHT Cream on your penis every day and your penis will grow larger. There is some science behind their claims.
Diktator is a brand name of DHT cream that contains DHT (Dihydrotestosterone). DHT is supposed to stimulate the growth of the penis. According to the sellers, you combine Diktator DHT Cream with a jelqing and or vacuum pumping program to jump-start your penis enlargement program.
Dihydrotestosterone (DHT) is a potent androgen that is critical for male genital development. DHT is essential to the development of external genitalia. Studies have shown that a lack of DHT during puberty can lead to an underdeveloped penis.

However, all of these studies indicate that this lack of DHT affects a very small portion of the population and that any treatment would only allow a man to obtain the normal penis size. DHT treatment will not enable a man to increase his normal penis size.
DHT Cream to Treat Micropenis
Studies of those suffering from micropenis have shown that DHT treatment is an effective way to stimulate penis growth. Micropenis is defined as an adult man with an erect penis less than three inches in length. Men with this condition usually had some hormonal issues at a younger age.
To investigate the efficacy of transdermal dihydrotestosterone therapy on 22 patients with microphallus, we applied dihydrotestosterone gel for 8 weeks to the external genitalia at daily doses of 12.5 mg. and 25 mg. for ages less than and older than 10 years, respectively. All patients were evaluated for penile and prostatic growth, pituitary-gonadal axis function, serum sex hormone binding globulin, lipid metabolism, hepatotoxicity, bone age and height velocity. All patients demonstrated growth of the penis during treatment. The mean increase rate (153%) in the first 4 weeks of treatment was higher than that (118%) of the second 4 weeks.

Another indicator of the potential benefits of DHT comes from its use in male gender-confirming surgery. These people are instructed to use DHT prior to surgery in order to create an enlarged clitoris that can be reconfigured as a penis (source).
Since the structure of the clitoris is the same as that of the penis, one might expect similar results from DHT gel to the penis.
These studies make the use of DHT cream sound promising for penis enlargement. Unfortunately, all of these studies show results in people that are severely underdeveloped due to genetic or hormonal issues.
Even in these people, the use of DHT only increases their penis size to the very low end of the normal range. What is not shown in these studies is the effect of topical DHT on adult males with a normal penis. Diktator DHT Cream for Penis Enlargement
Diktator cream is sold by IASuperpharma. The site that sells this cream specializes in non-FDA treatments, steroids, SARMS, and hormones.
There are inherent dangers in ordering from a website like this so I would advise extreme caution prior to ordering anything. As always I suggest talking to your primary care doctor prior to trying anything new.
The instructions for use say that the user should either use jelqing or a penis pump in conjunction with Diktator. So basically, use either jelqing or the penis pump to place the penis under stress then apply the Diktator cream. The cream will then promote the growth of the penis as it heals from the stress.

Is the IASuperpharma site Legit for Diktator
It is always a little scary when ordering from a website like IASuperpharma. You are always worried about getting ripped off or about the quality of the product.
As far as ordering from the website, I did not run into any problems. The payment methods were very limited and you can not use a credit card as you normally would.
I ended up using Bitcoin which was a little difficult as I had never used it before. If you are a user of bitcoin, you would have absolutely no issues with the ordering process. The items ordered shipped without issue and I received them at my house in an unmarked package.
In regards to the legitimacy of the ingredients, I am unsure as I did not have them checked by a lab. I can say that I used the product with no side effects.
Diktator DHT Cream Final Thoughts
To summarize my review of Diktator DHT Cream, I did not find it useful for penis enlargement. I went into the trial of it with a positive attitude. The idea behind it seemed to be sound but it did not do anything for me. No improvement in erection quality and no improvement in the penis enlargement area.
Looking at various studies, it looks like DHT cream may have a role in penis enlargement for a very select few. A person that has a micropenis due to a lack of DHT through puberty could very well get some gains from a product like Diktator cream.
This was my second try at a type of DHT cream/gel. I had previously tried the Russian Star Peptides Titan DHT gel. I did not experience any positive results with that topical DHT either. Those were the only two DHT creams/gels that I found available on the internet.
At this point, I do not believe that any DHT cream or Gel will be useful for penis enlargement. I would suggest that you save your time and money and do not try Diktator. I would check out the What Will Work for Penis Enlargement section below to find out what does work.
What Will Work for Penis Enlargement
After years of trying many products and methods for penis enlargement including Diktator DHT Cream for penis enlargement, I finally found the method that works.
Unfortunately, there are not any quick and easy ways for a man to improve his penis size but there is some hope. No magic pills, supplements, lotions, or oils will make a penis larger overnight but there is a technique that will enlarge the penis over time with some effort.
There are three areas that a man can work on to improve his penis size. These areas are erection quality, penis length, and penis thickness.
Erection Quality
The most important thing to work on is erection quality. Great erection quality will help to enlarge your penis in two ways.
