Before investing your money in services from these Massachusetts penis enlargement doctors, look at what your realistic expectations should be. I have tried some of these methods with limited success. I found that the most effective treatments did not involve surgery and did not cost thousands of dollars.

Types of Enlargement Procedures
When most think of penis enlargement, they think of increasing penis length. But there is actually only one type of procedure (suspensory ligament surgery) that can potentially increase erect penis length. There are numerous types of procedures that can thicken the penis.

Do not be afraid to ask questions about the practice that you are looking into for your penis enlargement procedure. Their willingness to quickly answer your questions before surgery is a good indicator of how responsive they will be after surgery.
Penis Thickening
This is definitely the easier of the two penis enlargement goals to achieve. There is free fat transfer, dermal fillers, permanent fillers, micronized fat injections, Alloderm, and Penuma implants. Some of these are permanent and some only last a year or two.
Some of these thickening procedures claim to increase penis length but they are generally referring to flaccid (soft) length. Basically, it hangs a little lower when flaccid because it is heavier after the thickening procedure.
Penis Lengthening
This is by far the more difficult penis enlargement goal to achieve. Basically, the only surgical option for this is suspensory ligament surgery.
Most agree that this surgery can provide flaccid length gains but there is disagreement about erect length gains. Through my personal experience, I found that some erect length gains are possible with the correct post-operative program.
I have personally had this surgery. The key to success with this surgery is the use of a quality penis traction device following the surgery. This was recommended by the surgeon but can be a little more challenging than what they lead you to believe.
This device is supposed to keep the penis extended following the surgery and helps it to heal in an extended position. The problem is that low-end devices are extremely ineffective due to bad fit and slippage out of the device. Without a good traction device to wear after surgery, you will be just wasting your time, money, and pain.

Infinity MedSpa offers penis thickening with the use of Hyaluronic Acid dermal fillers. The claim is to be able to improve the size, shape, and appearance of the penis.
Unfortunately, the results are not considered permanent and will last for around 1-2 years. The basic cost is $850 per syringe but they do offer discounts for above 5 syringes. They say most men take around 10 syringes.
Unlike most places, they will do the glans (head) of the penis.

Erection Quality Options in Massachusetts
Erection quality is of extreme importance to any penis enlargement program. These hard erections can cement any enlargement gains you make from your enlargement efforts.
After having a procedure you need to have good blood flow into the penis to help the penis heal after the procedures. Many doctors will prescribe prescription ED medicine or cream to promote this blood flow.

I have had the GAINSWave and Phoenix device treatments but not any other kind of shockwave treatment. So I can tell you that both the GAINSWave and Phoenix therapies worked very well for me. After several treatments, I began to experience much firmer and fuller erections.
Acoustic wave therapy is extremely effective as it works on the root cause of ED, which is reduced blood flow. These treatments break up plaque in existing blood vessels and stimulate the growth of new blood vessels in the penis.
The one negative to these treatments is the cost. A single session can cost up to $500 and most men will need 6-12 treatments to get good results.
That is why I recommend checking out the Phoenix device before committing to a major expenditure. This device uses the exact same technology (Source: AP News) at a fraction of the price.

Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) and P-Shot Treatments in Massachusetts
Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) treatment is a great option to improve erection quality. PRP is now used in a number of medical areas such as sports injuries, wound care, and cosmetic procedures. The big drawback to this treatment is again the cost. A single P-Shot treatment can run from $1500 to $2000 and you may need a few treatments to see the results that you want.
