When most think of penis enlargement, they think of increasing penis length. But there is actually only one type of procedure (suspensory ligament surgery) that can potentially increase erect penis length. There are numerous types of procedures that can thicken the penis.
Do not be afraid to ask questions about the practice that you are looking into for your penis enlargement procedure. Their willingness to quickly answer your questions before surgery is a good indicator of how responsive they will be after surgery.
Penis Thickening
This is definitely the easier of the two penis enlargement goals to achieve. There is free fat transfer, dermal fillers, permanent fillers, micronized fat injections, Alloderm, and Penuma implants. Some of these are permanent and some only last a year or two.
Some of these thickening procedures claim to increase penis length but they are generally referring to flaccid (soft) length. Basically, it hangs a little lower when flaccid because it is heavier after the thickening procedure.
Penis Lengthening
This is by far the more difficult penis enlargement goal to achieve. Basically, the only surgical option for this is suspensory ligament surgery.
Most agree that this surgery can provide flaccid length gains but there is disagreement about erect length gains. Through my personal experience, I found that some erect length gains are possible with the correct post-operative program.
I have personally had this surgery. The key to success with this surgery is the use of a quality penis traction device following the surgery. This was recommended by the surgeon but can be a little more challenging than what they lead you to believe.
This device is supposed to keep the penis extended following the surgery and helps it to heal in an extended position. The problem is that low-end devices are extremely ineffective due to bad fit and slippage out of the device. Without a good traction device to wear after surgery, you will be just wasting your time, money, and pain.

I have had the GAINSWave and Phoenix device treatments but not any other kind of shockwave treatment. So I can tell you that both the GAINSWave and Phoenix therapies worked very well for me. After several treatments, I began to experience much firmer and fuller erections.
Acoustic wave therapy is extremely effective as it works on the root cause of ED, which is reduced blood flow. These treatments break up plaque in existing blood vessels and stimulate the growth of new blood vessels in the penis.
The one negative to these treatments is the cost. A single session can cost up to $500 and most men will need 6-12 treatments to get good results.
That is why I recommend checking out the Phoenix device before committing to a major expenditure. This device uses the exact same technology (Source: AP News) at a fraction of the price.

Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) treatment is a great option to improve erection quality. PRP is now used in a number of medical areas such as sports injuries, wound care, and cosmetic procedures. Studies have shown that it is effective in helping tissue to heal and would be effective for helping with erection quality.
PRP is collected from your own blood. A concentration of some of the blood is injected into the penis for the treatment. It triggers your body to concentrate healing on that area as it releases growth factors that help the penis cells to repair themselves.

My Personal Results with Arginine Cream
I did not get any real positive results from using Arginine Cream. After two months of use, I did not experience any increase in erection quality. Contrary to many posts online, Arginine Cream did not jumpstart any penis enlargement.
I applied the cream as was instructed in many forums. I rubbed about a 1/4 teaspoon of the cream onto the penis daily. The application of the Arginine Cream was easy and comfortable. It gave a refreshing feeling with a slight tingling after application. It definitely had no stinging or unpleasant feeling.
I applied this Arginine Cream with this method to the penis for two months. The only result that I found was that it helped to moisturize the skin on my penis.
If you are looking for a way to increase erection quality, I would suggest looking into the Phoenix device. After years of erectile dysfunction, this was the device that actually restored my erection quality.

What is Arginine Cream
Arginine Cream is a brand name of L-arginine cream. It can be found on Amazon here. There do not appear to be any studies into the effectiveness of L-arginine cream for the treatment of erectile dysfunction or for increasing erection quality.
Most research for L-arginine is in regards to the oral form that is commonly taken in pill form. L-arginine is a common supplement that promotes the production of nitric oxide. Nitric Oxide relaxes blood vessels and promotes blood flow. The limited ability to produce nitric oxide is thought to be a major cause of erectile dysfunction (source).
L-Arginine Cream for Penis Enlargement
There are a lot of claims on the internet about the effects of L-arginine cream. Most claims that are made in forums relate to l-arginine cream curing erectile dysfunction or enlarging the penis.
These claims do not offer up any scientific proof but it sure does sound good. Rub some of this cream on the penis and you will either cure your erectile dysfunction or get a larger penis.
I could not find any legitimate sources confirming any penis enlargement due to L-Arginine cream and I did not experience this when I used the cream.
Claims made by the Company
The website for Arginine Cream claims the following list of benefits:
libido and sexual performance
the cardiovascular health
the kidney disposal of metabolic wastes
the immune system
the release of growth hormone
the production of white blood cells
the production of nitric oxide (NO), which helps regulate the flow of oxygen-rich blood cells throughout the body by expanding blood vessels
In addition, the website claims the following in regard to erectile dysfunction:
If you’ve heard of the term ED (Erectile Dysfunction) or talk of the little blue pill, you will know what we’re talking about. Being unable to get or sustain an erection leads to a feeling of inadequacy in men; usually in their mid forties or beyond.
Sometimes ED can stem from a number of bodily or psychological functions outside of the need for L-arginine. But how does L-arginine connect to this frustrating issue?
Erection happens after sexual contact or emotional stimulation and this sends signals to the brain to relax enough so that blood flow to the area can begin. What Their Claims Do Not Say
The Arginine Cream website makes no claims about enlarging the penis. They just claim that it will help with erectile dysfunction.
They also state that it does not matter where you rub the cream. That putting it on the chest or wrist is just as effective as rubbing it on the penis. This would make sense because no matter where you rub the cream, it would mostly be carried away by the bloodstream and affect the body as a whole.
The Theory Behind L-Arginine Cream
The main idea behind internet claims about L-Arginine Cream is that it can be topically applied to the penis to improve erection quality. L-Arginine is a known precursor of Nitric oxide which plays a vital role in erection. The role of nitric oxide in regulating vascular smooth muscle tone is well documented. Nitric oxide activates the relaxation of corporal cavernosum smooth muscle tissue resulting in increased blood flow into the penis resulting in an erection.
So basically the topical (rubbing into the skin) application of the L-Arginine in the Arginine cream is supposed to stimulate the release of nitric oxide. This nitric oxide is supposed to aid in the creation of an erection. I guess the theory is that rubbing it directly on the penis will increase the results.
I am not sure where the idea about l-arginine cream and penis enlargement came from. There seems to be a trend on these forums that anything that increases erection quality may increase erection size.
Ingredients of Arginine Cream
The ingredients of Arginine Cream are as follows: Purified Water, Aloe Barbadensis (aloe vera gel), Japanese Green Tea Extract, Capric/Caprylic Triglycerides (derived from coconut), Lecithin Phospholipid, Persea Gratissima (avocado oil), Hyaluronic Acid (vegan source), Palmitoyl Tripeptide-5, Prunus Armeniaca (apricot) Kernel Oil, Tocopherol Nicotinate (vitamin E), L-Arginine, Oenothera Biennis (evening primrose) Oil, Allantoin, Retinol (vitamin A), Aniba Rosaeodora (rosewood) Oil, Cymbopogon Martini (palmarosa) Oil, Beta-glucan (derived from Oats, Vitis Vinifera (Grape) Seed Extract and Phenoxyethanol
So Arginine Cream has a lot of additional ingredients that are most helpful for moisturizing the skin in addition to the L-Arginine.
Suggested Use of Arginine Cream
Apply 1/8 – 1/4 tsp of Arginine Cream twice daily to either the forearms, chest, or wrist. Regular use may be required to see results.

There are not any surgical or dermal filler doctors for penis enlargement in the state of New Hampshire. These doctors can be accessed through low-cost passenger airline routes out of New Hampshire. Just a quick word of warning about penis enlargement surgery. It is not as quick and easy as it may sound. There will be a recovery time involved and the results can at times be underwhelming.

I have yet to find a surgeon that will guarantee increases in the erect length of the penis. You can definitely get increases in the penis circumference and even increases in the flaccid penis length. But those erect length gains are hard to come by.

There are very few penis enlargement methods that actually work so be careful before investing your money. I have tried many of these and will give you my experiences with them. In the end, I found that the most effective treatments did not involve surgery and did not cost thousands of dollars.

Florida Penis Enlargement Providers

When most think of penis enlargement, they think of increasing penis length. But there is actually only one type of procedure (suspensory ligament surgery) that can potentially increase erect penis length. There are numerous types of procedures that can thicken the penis.
Do not be afraid to ask questions about the practice that you are looking into for your penis enlargement procedure. Their willingness to quickly answer your questions before surgery is a good indicator of how responsive they will be after surgery.
Penis Thickening
This is definitely the easier of the two penis enlargement goals to achieve. There is free fat transfer, dermal fillers, permanent fillers, micronized fat injections, Alloderm, and Penuma implants. Some of these are permanent and some only last a year or two.
Some of these thickening procedures claim to increase penis length but they are generally referring to flaccid (soft) length. Basically, it hangs a little lower when flaccid because it is heavier after the thickening procedure.
Penis Lengthening
This is by far the more difficult penis enlargement goal to achieve. Basically, the only surgical option for this is suspensory ligament surgery.
Most agree that this surgery can provide flaccid length gains but there is disagreement about erect length gains. Through my personal experience, I found that some erect length gains are possible with the correct post-operative program.
I have personally had this surgery. The key to success with this surgery is the use of a quality penis traction device following the surgery. This was recommended by the surgeon but can be a little more challenging than what they lead you to believe.
This device is supposed to keep the penis extended following the surgery and helps it to heal in an extended position. The problem is that low-end devices are extremely ineffective due to bad fit and slippage out of the device. Without a good traction device to wear after surgery, you will be just wasting your time, money, and pain.

I have had the GAINSWave and Phoenix treatments but not any other kind of shockwave treatment. So I can tell you that both the GAINSWave and Phoenix therapies worked very well for me. After several treatments, I began to experience much firmer and fuller erections.
Acoustic wave therapy is extremely effective as it works on the root cause of ED, which is reduced blood flow. These treatments break up plaque in existing blood vessels and stimulate the growth of new blood vessels in the penis.
The one negative to these treatments is the cost. A single session can cost up to $500 and most men will need 6-12 treatments to get good results. A special form of PRP known as the Priapus Shot (P-Shot) can provide options for men in Florida that want penis enlargement. The P-Shot is an improved version of PRP that contains special fillers to help increase penis size.

In order to increase penis thickness with the P-Shot, you must use a penis pump. A high-quality pump like the Bathmate seriesis recommended to maximize your results. Without the pump, it is unlikely that you will show any size gains.

Erection Quality
The most important thing to work on is erection quality. This does not actually make your penis larger but good erection quality will make your penis look and feel larger to your partner.
We all know about pharmaceutical methods like Viagra and Cialis but these pills do not work for everyone and they do have some potential side effects. For the best erection quality, I suggest that you give acoustic wave therapy a try.
This relatively new treatment is truly a game-changer. The Phoenix device uses acoustic wave therapy to address the primary cause of ED, which is impaired blood flow to the penis. It does not just mask the damage as erectile dysfunction pills do.

Penis Length
If your goal is to lengthen your penis, you really only have one option. Penis traction devices are the only method that has been shown in scientific studies to lengthen the penis.
Even penis enlargement surgery requires the use of these traction devices to achieve erect length gains. This is not a quick or easy technique but it is the only one that works. I have personally used these systems to gain over an inch in penis length.
Many women find penis girth to be much more important than penis length. You have a few options to increase penis girth. The easiest but most expensive is cosmetic procedures using dermal fillers like Juvederm. Of course, cosmetic procedures do have risks associated with them.

I have been working on my penis enlargement goals for over four years. Now that I have reached my goals, I look back and remember the frustration of trying to locate resources to help. With that in mind, I want to help others achieve their goals. So what is available for penis enlargement doctors and options in Virginia?
Virginia has numerous penis enlargement options including surgical and non-surgical doctors. There are suspensory ligament surgery, fat transfers, Penuma implants, and dermal fillers. Other procedures available in Virginia include at-home methods, shockwave, GAINSWave, PRP, and P-Shot treatments.
Before investing your money in these Virginia penis enlargement options, look at what realistic result expectations should be. I have tried some of these methods with limited success. In the end, I found that the most effective treatments did not involve surgery and did not cost thousands of dollars.

Types of Enlargement Procedures
When most think of penis enlargement, they think of increasing penis length. But there is actually only one type of procedure (suspensory ligament surgery) that can potentially increase erect penis length. There are numerous types of procedures that can thicken the penis.
Do not be afraid to ask questions about the practice that you are looking into for your penis enlargement procedure. Their willingness to quickly answer your questions before surgery is a good indicator of how responsive they will be after surgery.
Penis Thickening
This is definitely the easier of the two penis enlargement goals to achieve. There is free fat transfer, dermal fillers, permanent fillers, micronized fat injections, Alloderm, and Penuma implants. Some of these are permanent and some only last a year or two.
Some of these thickening procedures claim to increase penis length but they are generally referring to flaccid (soft) length. Basically, it hangs a little lower when flaccid because it is heavier after the thickening procedure.
Penis Lengthening
This is by far the more difficult penis enlargement goal to achieve. Basically, the only surgical option for this is suspensory ligament surgery.
Most agree that this surgery can provide flaccid length gains but there is disagreement about erect length gains. Through my personal experience, I found that some erect length gains are possible with the correct post-operative program.
I have personally had this surgery. The key to success with this surgery is the use of a quality penis traction device following the surgery. This was recommended by the surgeon but can be a little more challenging than what they lead you to believe.
This device is supposed to keep the penis extended following the surgery and helps it to heal in an extended position. The problem is that low-end devices are extremely ineffective due to bad fit and slippage out of the device. Without a good traction device to wear after surgery, you will be just wasting your time, money, and pain.
