The highly respected BJUI study, Am I Normal? took the penis size measurement from over 15,000 men from different studies and determined that the average erect penis would be around 5.16″ (13.12 cm).
This study only took into account measurements that were taken by medical professionals and did not rely on self-reported measurements (apparently they were worried about people lying about their penis size).
Penis size was measured along the top of the penis from the pubic bone to the tip of the glans. This means no measuring on the sides or bottom of the penis.
There are other smaller studies that show a slightly larger average erect penis but most studies show an average erect penis of under 5.5″.
Additionally, these studies show that extremely large penises are very uncommon. In the reported results of the Am I Normal study, the longest reported penis had a length of 8.27″ (21 cm). This would barely crack the threshold of “hung” according to social media.

According to the study, the top 25% of men would have a penis length of around 5.70″ (14.5 cm) or more, the top 10% of 6.1″ (15.5cm) or more, the top 5% of 6.5″ (16.5 cm) or more, the top 1% of 7.09″ (18 cm) or more.

What a new study tells us about average penis size
A study out of King’s College in London indicates that the average penis size could be significantly longer than we previously thought. This study shows that there may be a major problem with many previously accepted studies on the average dick size of men.
Most previous studies have relied on stretched penis length as an accurate substitute for erect penis length. This study showed that this may severely underestimate the actual erect dick size of men.
This new study showed that the average erect penis length was 5.63 inches (14.3 cm). This is about a 1/2 inch longer than what is the commonly accepted average dick length.
You may say that this is only a half inch so what is the big deal? Well, in penis size a half inch is a lot. This represents an almost 10% increase in the average length.
Even more shocking is that this 5.63-inch length would be in the top 25% of all penises according to the currently accepted range of penis length.

The currently accepted standard for average dick size is a study reported in the BJU International Journal of Urology.
This extensive 2015 compilation of studies involved the measurement of over 15,000 penises. According to this study, the average erect penis had a length of 5.16 inches and a girth (circumference) of 4.5 inches.
This study was a compilation of 20 other studies on average penis size. This study is considered the gold standard due to the size of the study and since all measurements were taken in a clinical environment by professionals and did not rely on men measuring themselves which is notoriously inaccurate.

However, almost all of the measurements in the study involved the use of measuring the stretched flaccid measurement of the penis. The researcher would stretch out the penis and measure the penis along the top from the pubic bone to the tip. This was thought to be a good estimate of the erect penis length.
This other study entitled “Analysis of the inter-observer variability in penile length assessment” looked at the average penis size in a different way.
This study involving 201 took the measurements of both the stretched flaccid penis and an actual erect penis. They found a significant difference in the two measurements.

Some other interesting info from the study. The average erect penis circumference was 4.6 inches (11.6 cm). The longest erect penis measured in this group was 7.48″ (19 cm) and the shortest was 3.15 inches (8 cm).
The standard deviation in penis size was 0.79 inches (2 cm). So technically speaking, a normal-sized penis would be with two standard deviations of the mean. So anything less than 4 inches would be abnormally small and anything larger than 7.25″ would be abnormally large.
Other studies on average erect penis size
There have been some other studies that look at the average erect penis length of men. These studies also show an average length that is longer than the studies with stretched flaccid lengths.

This all seems to be very consistent at around that 5.6-inch mark for average erect penis size.
Our personal observations on average penis size

The Scientific Evidence on Middle Eastern Penis Size
In this study, the erect penis size of 778 Middle Eastern men was taken in clinical settings in Saudi Arabia. These men had erections that were induced by Quadrimix injections which generally result in extremely firm erections.
Clinical penis measurements are much more common in Saudi Arabia than in the USA or Europe because of the custom of “premarital checks” in Saudi Arabia. The purpose of these checks is to ensure that penis size, function, and fertility are all normal.
The erections were then measured using a rigid ruler along the top of the penis. They took measurements of skin-to-tip length and bone-pressed pubic bone-to-tip length. The bone-to-tip length is considered a better comparison number because it helps reduce variations due to weight.
The mean (average for this group) bone pressed length was 5.64 inches (14.34 cm). The median (half longer, half shorter) bone-pressed length was 5.71 inches (14.50 cm).
So basically, the average dick size for Middle Eastern men was found to be 5.64 inches.
The longest penis measured in the study was 7.87″ (20 cm) and the shortest one was 2.76″ (7.0 cm). According to the study, the normal range of penis size for Middle Eastern men was 4.18″ (10.62 cm) to 7.11″ (18.06 cm) with approximately 95% of men falling in this range.
An additional piece of interesting information was the average penis thickness for Middle Eastern men was 4.52″ (11.50 cm). They also found a direct correlation between penis length and penis thickness.

The more troubling aspect that may indicate a problem is the methodology used in the worldwide study. This study was a compilation of 20 different studies from around the world. In most of these studies, they used stretched penis size as a measurement to approximate erect penis size.
There are now some indications that stretched penis size may underestimate the erect penis size of the man being measured. If this is the case, this could account for the variation as the study of Middle Eastern men’s penis size used the more accurate actual erection measurement.
Our Anecdotal Observations of Middle Eastern Dick Size

When it is all said and done, we do think that Middle Eastern penis size may be slightly larger than the worldwide average. If all things are factored in correctly, the average Middle Eastern penis size is probably less than a 1/2 inch larger than the worldwide average.
These variances in individual Middle Eastern penis size would make it hard to say that any individual has a large penis without actually checking it out. Even the study on Middle Easter penis size showed that many of the men had a penis size less than the world average. Just a few more were larger than the worldwide average.
What Can Be Done About Your Penis Size?

The Drachen Spray advertisement features a video making all kinds of crazy claims about this product. This spray is supposedly based on the research of a German scientist named Dr. Alexander Soldenhoff who developed this treatment in the 1970s.

Their claims did not seem to really pass the smell test but we decided to try out Drachen Spray to see if it actually works.
We had our doubts as all of our other research has constantly shown that penis traction devices were the only effective way to increase penis size. But there is always that little bit of hope that there is a quick and easy way to increase penis size.
The Drachen Spray for penis enlargement advertisement also made additional claims of increasing erection quality, muscle mass, and just about anything else that might ail you.

I personally tried Drachen Spray and was incredibly disappointed in my results. I ordered my spray on Amazon as they had the best price for this product. I used the spray as directed for two months. I knew that it probably wouldn’t work but I was really hoping that it would.
I sprayed Drachen for penis enlargement twice daily with two full sprays under the tongue. I would hold the spray in my mouth for 20 seconds before swallowing and avoid food and drink for 30 minutes after use.
I went through two full bottles following this procedure and got no gains in penis size. Additionally, I did not experience any noticeable increase in erection quality. My Diktator DHT Cream Review
My overall Diktator DHT Cream review is that I found it ineffective. I bought the DHT cream for penile growth and I did not achieve any growth following the instructions for Diktator DHT cream. This was unfortunate because when I bought this product, I had really high hopes.

I followed the instructions for the Diktator DHT cream and used a rigorous penis exercise program with it in hopes of achieving results. While testing this product, I applied the Diktator DHT cream to my penis twice daily.
In addition to using the DHT cream, I would use a penis pump daily and follow a strict penis jelqing program. I went through two bottles of Diktator DHT cream over the course of three months while doing this program. Even with all of this effort, I saw no results and had no penis enlargement.
Diktator DHT cream is a smooth cream that has fairly large chunks of some ground-up substance in the cream. I did not find that the ground-up chunks absorbed through my skin. If these chunks are the DHT, then I do not see how it would work.
After using the Diktator DHT cream, I do not see how it could work for anyone. Any active ingredients that are absorbed through the skin of the penis would just be carried away and into the bloodstream. It would be hard to think of any mechanics that would lead to actual penis enlargement.

Diktator is a brand name of DHT cream that contains DHT (Dihydrotestosterone). DHT is supposed to stimulate the growth of the penis. According to the sellers, you combine Diktator DHT Cream with a jelqing and or vacuum pumping program to jump-start your penis enlargement program.
Dihydrotestosterone (DHT) is a potent androgen that is critical for male genital development. DHT is essential to the development of external genitalia. Studies have shown that a lack of DHT during puberty can lead to an underdeveloped penis.

However, all of these studies indicate that this lack of DHT affects a very small portion of the population and that any treatment would only allow a man to obtain the normal penis size. DHT treatment will not enable a man to increase his normal penis size.

It is always a little scary when ordering from a website like IASuperpharma. You are always worried about getting ripped off or about the quality of the product.
As far as ordering from the website, I did not run into any problems. The payment methods were very limited and you can not use a credit card as you normally would.
I ended up using Bitcoin which was a little difficult as I had never used it before. If you are a user of bitcoin, you would have absolutely no issues with the ordering process. The items ordered shipped without issue and I received them at my house in an unmarked package.

To summarize my review of Diktator DHT Cream, I did not find it useful for penis enlargement. I went into the trial of it with a positive attitude.
